1. Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Conduct:

• You may not use scraping, robots, spiders, crawlers, or any automated methods to extract, copy, or monitor data from the Platform.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• You may not use the Platform to create derivative works, competing services, or products without explicit written permission.

3. Data Usage, Ownership, and Attribution

Data Sources:

All data on the Platform is derived from publicly available information or licensed/acquired by Farmland Analytica. Where applicable, sources are properly indexed and attributed.

Ownership:

All data, content, tools, and features on the Platform are the exclusive property of Farmland Analytica and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the data or insights without prior written consent.
• You must include proper attribution to Farmland Analytica in any public or external use of the data.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or networks.

5. Privacy and Security

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Scraping or Automation: Any attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate data extraction from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

• Data Misuse: You may not use the data to harass, defame, or discriminate against any individual or entity.

7. Termination

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Financial Advice

• Farmland Analytica does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The data, reports, and insights generated by the Platform are provided solely for informational purposes.

8.2 No Warranty or Guarantee

The Platform and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that the data is error-free, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific needs.

8.3 Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmland Analytica, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data, even if caused by negligence, technical failures, or third-party sources.

8.4 Assumption of Risk

• You explicitly assume all risks associated with using the Platform and its data.
• You agree that Farmland Analytica is not responsible for any consequences arising from: Your interpretation or use of the data. Technical errors, system failures, or delays in data updates. Third-party actions or omissions, including data sources or service providers.

8.5 Indemnification for Data Use

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farmland Analytica from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the data in violation of these Terms.
• Your reliance on the data for investment, financial, or business decisions.
• Any misuse, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of the data.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
